WINC’s Acceleration Program Facilitators – the full team

St. John’s, Antigua, 13th November 2015: The Women Innovators Network in the Caribbean – WINC released their official team of AP Faciliators who will be facilitating the New Peer Mentoring Program to Fast Track Women Entrepreneurs in the Caribbean.

The Peer mentoring program will support high potential women entrepreneurs as they are planning to scale-up their business. WINC’s Acceleration Program Facilitator – Antigua & Barbuda is Ms. Sandra Baptist.  Ms Baptist will be hosting The !Ignite! Retreat: Fueling Women’s Entrepreneurship! on November 19 2015 at the Jolly Beach Resort & Spa from 9:30 a.m to 4:00 p.m. Application forms for the New Peer Mentoring Program will be available at this event.

Sandra advises, “The AP is about Caribbean Women Entrepreneurs growing businesses to build their home, their countries and the Caribbean as a whole. For years I have been excited about women entrepreneurs in the Caribbean stepping out and creating growth-oriented companies that add value; and through this program, my vision is becoming a reality. Travelling to and being coached and mentored bysuccessful entrepreneurs outside the region has provided me with tools I can share with my own region, however Caribbean women providing growth-oriented women entrepreneurs is one of a kind within the world, dare I say.”

She goes on to describe her own experience of the AP thus far: “Accreditation to be able to run this program provides me with the credibility, the resources and the support of other Caribbean women entrepreneurs. The collaboration of the AP facilitators is unparalleled, and gives me hope that we as Caribbean women, and women in general, can support and uplift one another.”
